Community Lead, 18 West 18th Street

Location: New York, NY, United States of America; on-site five days per week

Salary: $65,000 annually, plus role-specific incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead hospitality and member engagement, anticipating member and guest needs and resolving feedback and complex escalations.
• Support community events, networking initiatives, and desk coverage during business hours.
• Own on-site building operations, service requests, move-in and move-out processes, maintenance work orders, and operating standards.
• Partner with Security and other stakeholders to maintain safety, health, and compliance standards.
• Manage controllable operating costs and support leasing tours, ancillary sales, upgrades, renewals, and expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multi-unit retail, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong accountability and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using data, Qualtrics, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools to inform decisions and improve member satisfaction.
• Ability to work on-site in the building five days per week.
