Community Development Officer II (Community Development)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; in-office role

Salary: $82,500–$137,500 base salary per year, plus incentive eligibility.

hirify.global is a financial services company whose Community Development Banking organization provides loans, investments, financial education, grants, and technical expertise to improve low-to-moderate-income communities.

What you will do

• Serve as a local market subject matter expert on Community Reinvestment Act compliance, Community Benefits Plans, and community-based banking initiatives.
• Develop assessment-area strategies for community development services, lending, investments, and grantmaking.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, nonprofits, advocacy groups, government organizations, and other community partners.
• Represent hirify.global through board memberships, speaking engagements, community events, and partner management.
• Deliver financial education to low-to-moderate-income families, first-time homebuyers, small businesses, and community residents.
• Document CRA-eligible employee service activities and coordinate with Relationship Managers to record qualifying loans and investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of community development, financial services regulation, relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, negotiate, solve problems, and develop customer and community relationships.
• Ability to work in the Denver, Colorado office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
