Focus on planning high-volume annual turnover, controlling property expenses, maintaining safe facilities, and resolving complex resident and operational issues.

Location: Alight Laramie, Laramie, Wyoming, United States. The role is performed at the assigned property, may require periodic travel, and includes daytime business hours with non-traditional hours during peak periods, emergencies, and inclement weather. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Lead property staff development, scheduling, hiring coordination, training, and performance support.
  • Manage community administration, policies, inspections, vendor relationships, contracts, risk matters, and onsite emergencies.
  • Maintain safe, sanitary, compliant, and operationally sound facilities while coordinating capital improvements and preventive maintenance.
  • Plan and execute the annual apartment turnover process, including inspections, vendor walks, unit preparation, staffing, and deadline management.
  • Manage budgets, expenditures, payroll, collections, forecasting, revenue targets, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
  • Improve resident experience, reputation, leasing performance, customer feedback, and property KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing living communities and a team of 3 or more.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, conflict management, vendor management, confidentiality, and customer-centric judgment.
  • Proficiency with property management systems; Entrata is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to work onsite at the assigned property and handle non-traditional hours when required.
