IT Scrum Master (Agile)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; hybrid schedule with three days of in-person collaboration and two remote days per week.

Salary: $89,828–$148,215 per year.

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
• Work with Product Owners and Program Managers to align delivery with product roadmaps, priorities, and schedules.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, values, self-organization, and realistic delivery commitments.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage organizational dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and support strong, collaborative team dynamics.
• Document tools and processes and use team feedback, metrics, and reporting to improve velocity and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, including customer or stakeholder relationships, business analysis, estimation, and prioritization.
• Strong understanding of common Agile practices and two years of Scrum Master experience preferred.
• Leadership, coaching, team-building, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile engineering practices such as pair programming, continuous delivery, TDD, BDD, and refactoring is preferred.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• CSM, CPO, or PMI-ACP certification.
