Assistant Regional Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone; the role covers an assigned U.S. region and requires travel of up to 50%, including overnight and national event travel.

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 annually plus commission, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Manage regional sales and service acquisition, retention, quota achievement, and territory results.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and develop part-time Territory Training & Sales Managers.
• Coordinate customer installations, onsite training, referrals, customer retention, and follow-up activities.
• Coach the training and sales team on qualifying customers, evaluating communication needs, and proposing appropriate hirify.global solutions.
• Monitor timekeeping, performance, compliance, inventory, territory assignments, and reporting.
• Use Salesforce and collaborate with Customer Support to ensure accurate documentation and service quality.

Requirements

• Must work from a local home office in the United States with high-speed Internet.
• Must be available for extensive travel of up to 50% within the assigned region, including some overnight travel.
• 1–2 years of service sales or sales management experience and a demonstrated record of meeting quotas.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Internet, firewalls, routers, modems, switches, and hubs; installation experience is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, planning, budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
