Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year for roles hired in New York or California

What you will do

• Produce large-scale, multi-faceted campaigns from concept vetting through job wrap.
• Develop production calendars and manage the logistical flow of production to deliver assets on time.
• Evaluate concepts, ideas, and scripts against client parameters, budgets, and feasibility.
• Control production budgets, prepare estimates and overages, and coordinate approvals with clients and business affairs.
• Manage junior producers, delegate assignments, and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Research and negotiate with industry partners, and manage shoots and post-production sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of production experience at a creative-driven company.
• Portfolio demonstrating large-budget productions.
• Strong creative judgment and a proven record of producing industry-leading work.
• Experience managing budgets, deadlines, multiple responsibilities, and production logistics.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• After-hours work and overnight travel to shoots and post-production sessions are required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with celebrities, athletes, musicians, influencers, or other notable talent.
• Experience with union and non-union productions, including SAG and non-SAG talent.
• Knowledge of current trends across music, media, distribution, directing, film, and technology.
• Existing relationships with high-quality industry talent.
