Project Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of mid- to large-scale interactive website design and development projects.
• Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across creative, experience design, strategy, and technology teams.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate closely with discipline leads and hybrid client-company teams.
• Manage deliverable requirements, project risks, scope changes, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and project teams, communicating project status and strategic recommendations.
• Identify solutions, improve delivery processes, and support decision-making throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through technical development and implementation.
• Experience managing projects within established design systems and supporting cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to keep projects on time and on budget while maintaining quality and project objectives.
• Experience managing client expectations, feedback, risks, scope creep, and strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
• Preferred experience with Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
