Associate Producer (Digital Production)

Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland OR, or Austin TX; remote work outside of key periods, with onsite work required 5 days per week for approximately 4 months at a time

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day production and end-to-end execution of medium- to large-scale digital website projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, briefs, and process guidelines.
• Coordinate creative, development, strategy, and production teams to keep project objectives and deliverables on track.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation against deadlines.
• Incorporate client and brand feedback into deliverables while maintaining creative and technical standards.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in digital project management or production, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing department.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach focused on high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week during key periods for approximately 4 months at a time.
