Location: Hybrid role based in Baltimore, Maryland, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: $73,000–$83,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end execution of consumer experience projects.
• Gather project requirements and establish detailed project plans.
• Confirm cost structures and monitor timing, cost, quality, and expected benefits.
• Oversee project execution across teams, departments, and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Baltimore, Maryland, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Experience coordinating projects, requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality targets.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
