Senior Producer (Digital)

Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, OR, or Austin, TX. Hybrid schedule with remote work outside of key launch periods; onsite work 5 days per week for approximately 4 months at a time is required for high-profile product launches and milestone initiatives.

Base compensation: $110,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production and end-to-end execution of medium- to large-scale digital website projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, schedules, task assignments, and project scope.
• Coordinate communication across creative, strategy, development, and client teams.
• Manage client updates and ensure deliverables meet expectations and quality standards.
• Track progress, resolve delays and issues, and run quality control before work moves to the next production phase.
• Mentor Producers and Associate Producers while supporting larger, multi-phase projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing large digital projects, ideally in a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
• Hands-on experience with production workflows, resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with internal teams and clients.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver work on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.
• Availability for periodic onsite work 5 days per week for approximately 4 months during key launches.
