Location: Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 1 day per week in the office

Salary: £51,600–£60,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage evaluation and impact assessment projects across standards, programmes, and strategic initiatives.
• Design and deliver evaluation frameworks using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research.
• Work with stakeholders to define evaluation objectives, success measures, and evidence requirements.
• Develop and apply logic models and impact assessment approaches to demonstrate outcomes and value.
• Manage rigorous data collection, analysis, reporting, and impact narrative development.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, partners, and suppliers while embedding evaluation best practices across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering programme evaluation and impact assessment projects.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research approaches.
• Experience developing logic models, evaluation frameworks, and outcome measurement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior audiences.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
