Senior Research Executive

Location: Salford, United Kingdom — hybrid

Salary: £28,500–£33,000 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Support monitoring and evaluation of the Annual Appeal, including broadcast income updates, audience research and Appeal debriefs.
• Create insight outputs by summarizing external reports, reviewing trends and preparing briefings on the landscape of need for children.
• Conduct desk research and data analysis for brand reviews, impact reports and other Insight team work.
• Maintain the Insight Hub and support knowledge-sharing sessions and bulletins.
• Assist with external qualitative and quantitative research projects and internal staff surveys.

Requirements

• Understanding of quantitative research, qualitative research and data analysis.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to work creatively with existing data sources.
• Experience conducting desk research and distilling large reports into key insights.
• Good presentation skills, including the ability to create engaging insight stories in PowerPoint.
• Experience developing, using and communicating audience insights.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is checked before employment.
