Senior Audience Research Exec (Charity)

Location: Salford, United Kingdom — hybrid

Salary: £28,500–£33,000 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Support monitoring and evaluation of the Annual Appeal through broadcast income updates, audience research, and Appeal debriefs.
• Create insight outputs, including external report summaries, trend reviews, and briefings on the landscape of need for children.
• Conduct desk research and analysis for brand reviews, impact reports, and wider Insight team projects.
• Maintain the Insight Hub and manage insight sessions and bulletins to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist with external qualitative and quantitative research projects and internal staff surveys.

Requirements

• Understanding of quantitative research, qualitative research, and data analysis.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to work creatively with existing data sources.
• Experience conducting desk research and distilling large reports into key insights.
• Strong presentation skills, including developing engaging insight stories in PowerPoint.
• Experience developing, using, and communicating audience insights.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is subject to employment screening checks.
