What you will do
- Support the evaluation, prioritisation, and delivery of strategic investment initiatives.
- Analyse business processes, operating models, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Collaborate with investment, technology, operations, finance, and data stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, and governance forums.
- Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues while preparing reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
- Experience supporting business change, transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and communicate clear, practical solutions.
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of investment operating models or front-office processes.
- Experience with business analysis methodologies.
