Associate Manager (Marketing Research)

What you will do

• Support the preparation and execution of marketing research studies, including questionnaires, sample composition, database design, and other pre-field activities.
• Analyze and interpret research data, prepare conclusions and recommendations, and finalize client reports.
• Consult with clients on study questions and present research results in person or virtually.
• Develop clear research narratives and ensure forecast summaries fit appropriately into reports.
• Coach junior analysts and support their project development and data analysis.
• Provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights aligned with client needs and quality standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing research.
• Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, experimental procedures, marketing research, in-market data, advanced analysis methods, and forecasting.
• Strong business English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching people and working effectively in digital and virtual environments.
