What you will do

• Act as the technical lead and main point of contact for assigned products and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare supplier specifications, lead technical negotiations, and manage supplier performance.
• Coordinate technical interfaces across disciplines and ensure compliance with standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Review and validate drawings, P&IDs, and system components while resolving technical and production challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean processes and conduct supplier inspections for boiler cleaning systems, hydraulic systems, scrubbers, and composite components.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of system design, optimization, technical specifications, and EN, ISO, ASME, ASTM, and API standards.
• Experience with fibre composite materials and 2D/3D CAD methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and AI tools.
• Fluent German and English, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in international environments.
