OFCI Lead (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Review client-procured mechanical and electrical equipment through technical submittals and integrate it into the overall building design.
• Prepare requests for information to clarify design intent and coordinate technical information with the site construction team.
• Manage OFCI deliveries, programme scheduling, and delay tracking.
• Coordinate OFCI installation with the construction team to ensure compliance with local regulations and vendor installation standards.
• Attend factory witness testing and chair weekly client OFCI meetings.
• Manage OFCI engineers' attendance on site.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with a recognised mechanical or electrical contractor, particularly in process mechanical or pipework work.
• Experience in building services engineering and data centre projects.
• Strong organisational, project planning, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency with Navisworks and engineering-related database systems.
• Familiarity with Project or Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
