Director, Product (AI)

Location: Remote across Canada or the United States. Listed hubs include Vancouver, San Diego, San Francisco, and Toronto.

Salary: CA$195,000–CA$235,000 in Canada or CA$210,000–CA$250,000 in the USA, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the KYB product portfolio.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, optimization, and commercialization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Own portfolio performance through product health metrics, adoption, customer satisfaction, business KPIs, and financial results.
• Represent the product with strategic customers, partners, analysts, executives, and industry audiences.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Management organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software, technology, or product organizations, including 10+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading and scaling product organizations and developing high-performing Product Managers.
• Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products from strategy through execution and commercialization.
• Deep experience in Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Risk, or RegTech.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, responsible AI, model governance, explainability, and ethical considerations in regulated industries.
