Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Signals Platform.
• Build shared APIs, frameworks, and data products that standardize and distribute behavioral, identity, trust, safety, and enforcement signals.
• Partner with engineering and data science to evaluate signal quality, reliability, performance, drift, and business impact.
• Establish metrics covering adoption, fraud and abuse reduction, enforcement quality, operational efficiency, user quality, and MAU impact.
• Identify and prioritize AI and ML use cases for signal discovery, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and decision support.
• Drive adoption and governance across brands and central teams while balancing flexibility with portfolio-wide consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, technical, cross-functional products.
• Experience building shared services, data products, APIs, or platform capabilities used by multiple internal customers or business units.
• Background in trust and safety, fraud or abuse detection, identity, authenticity, compliance tooling, ML or data platforms, or risk systems.
• Technical fluency in data infrastructure, APIs, ML models, signals, risk scoring, data quality, observability, and platform architecture.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills, including the ability to work without direct authority.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
