Sales Deputy Manager

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; responsibilities cover customer accounts in central and southern Taiwan.

What you will do

• Manage mass-market accounts across central and southern Taiwan.
• Develop relationships with panel accounts including AUO and Innolux.
• Expand business with Accton teams in Taichung and Tainan.
• Penetrate test-equipment accounts such as ASE, KYEC, and YTC with VR controllers and power stages.
• Manage Avnet, WT, and EDOM distributors to drive mass-market revenue and increase business at key accounts.
• Coordinate with the US team on MTK and Qualcomm automotive reference designs.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of combined experience in R&D, FAE, and sales roles within semiconductor or power companies.
• Proven experience in PSU R&D, FAE, and sales.
• Strong application knowledge connecting technical teams and customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with R&D teams and customers.
• Results-driven mindset and ambitious approach.
