Junior Operations Client Partner

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid setup with 2–3 days in the office and the remaining days remote

Salary: PLN 85,000–90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support daily client interactions and respond to operational requests.
• Assist with project coordination, timelines, deliverables, and progress follow-up.
• Translate client needs into clear internal tasks and collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Help resolve client questions related to data, delivery timelines, and quality.
• Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls.
• Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet expected standards.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate.
• Required first experience in a client-facing environment through an internship, part-time role, or academic project.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in data, business operations, or client-facing work.
• Fluency in English and French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
• Ability to collaborate in an international team with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
