What you will do
- Handle indirect purchasing for the department.
- Support the leadership team with coordination, planning, and communication.
- Serve as the central contact for questions from department teams.
- Provide administrative support in business systems for the project office.
- Organize meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
Requirements
- Education equivalent to high school graduation.
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on-site in Uppsala, Sweden.
- Availability for rare overnight travel.
Nice to have
- Experience in administration, planning, service roles, or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and structured working skills.
