Senior Commissioning Manager (Data Centre)

Location: On-site in Ersbo, Sweden

What you will do

• Attend key meetings, monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate project impacts to partners.
• Conduct site inspections covering QA/QC and the commissioning process.
• Create and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, scopes, and schedules.
• Coordinate vendors, vendor project managers, client-appointed commissioning teams, and project partners.
• Manage timelines, budgets, interdependencies, and commissioning risks.
• Work independently in support of the Data Centre Commissioning Program.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and critical mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed commissioning scripts.
• Experience managing projects in a data centre environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams, clients, vendors, and project partners.
