Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid in Bourne End, United Kingdom, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote; the office will move to Maidenhead next year, and both sites must be easily commutable. Occasional European and international travel is required, approximately 6–8 trips annually.

What you will do

• Advise Senior Sales Vice Presidents and regional commercial leaders on revenue growth, margin performance, market risks, and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, sales pipeline, and market dynamics, translating complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Lead revenue forecasting, outlook modeling, and scenario planning across matrixed regional business units.
• Manage, mentor, and develop two Sales Finance Analysts.
• Build financial models and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Improve commercial planning frameworks and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or sales finance, preferably in a multinational or matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and commercial problem-solving skills.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and practical experience with modern BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in English are required.

• Spanish, German, or another Eastern European language for communication with regional stakeholders.
