Senior Finance Manager (Retail)

Location: London or Billund; hybrid schedule with an average of three days per week in the office. No relocation support is offered.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial modelling across the global retail overhead cost base.
• Manage overhead cost drivers and support cost optimization, trade-off decisions, and performance improvement.
• Build scalable forecasting models for labour, lease, and other key cost areas.
• Strengthen financial governance, workforce planning insights, and overhead management practices.
• Develop actionable analysis and recommendations for finance and business leaders.
• Partner with hirify.global Brand Retail Finance, Global Insights, People Partners, Payroll, and Corporate Finance.

Requirements

• Experience delivering advanced financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial modelling in complex business environments.
• Experience managing significant overhead cost bases and identifying cost drivers.
• Ability to build analytical solutions using Excel, SAP, Power BI, or similar financial data and reporting tools.
• Experience owning planning and forecasting for significant budgets and communicating recommendations to senior leaders.
• Ability to work from London or Billund under the hybrid workplace policy.

Nice to have

• Finance partnering experience supporting retail operations, including labour, leases, store profitability, or multi-site cost management.
• Experience with OneStream, workforce planning tools, lease management solutions, or other enterprise planning systems.
