Legal Counsel (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and support legal projects, licensing activities, license renewals, and insurance-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation, agreements, forms, and legal opinions.
• Provide legal support to PSP, banking, and finance teams, including group-company KYC documentation.
• Advise on commercial, intellectual property, data protection, employment, and other operational legal matters.
• Support dispute resolution, legal proceedings, regulatory interactions, and cooperation with external counsel, authorities, and service providers.
• Conduct legal research, maintain corporate documents, arrange certifications, and handle reporting and removal of fake websites.

Requirements

• LLB degree or higher legal qualification.
• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in the Forex industry.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong task management, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and take a proactive, results-driven approach.
