What you will do

• Ensure operations comply with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and practices across internal departments.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities and manage compliance communications.
• Analyze operational risks, improve compliance systems, and oversee corrective measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
