What you will do

• Provide legal advisory, regulatory, and documentation support to FX, Fund Financing, and CLO teams.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documentation including Currency Hedging Agreements, ISDAs, and loan agreements.
• Manage relationships with external counsel to obtain legal opinions while controlling legal spend.
• Advise on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters across key business jurisdictions.
• Maintain and create legal precedents in response to market and regulatory developments.
• Represent the legal department on internal committees such as risk and compliance.

Requirements

• English law qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of financial services experience in-house or in private practice.
• Expertise in legal areas relevant to FX, fund financing, or collateral administration.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and complex negotiations.
