Legal Counsel (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; hybrid

What you will do

• Support authorization and financial services licensing projects across multiple countries.
• Draft and review business plans, manuals, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Research regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters and assess risks for new product launches.
• Collaborate with business teams on strategic projects, partnerships, and commercial goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience; law firm or regulated financial services experience is advantageous.
• Solid experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working with external legal and compliance consultants.
• Experience supporting financial services licence applications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, task-management, decision-making, and autonomous working skills.
• Business-level English at B2 CEFR or above is required.
