UX Design Associate (AI)

Location: Dallas Frisco AI HUB, Dallas–Frisco, United States

Salary: $63,360–$114,120 per year for a full-time schedule. Location-specific ranges may apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Lead user research and create journey maps that simplify complex human–AI interactions.
• Design dynamic interaction patterns for AI interfaces, including latency, ambiguity, and error states.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops and usability tests with clients, creative technologists, and AI engineers.
• Design human-in-the-loop handoff moments that support transparency, validation, and trust.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive intelligence, and ethical AI experiences.
• Communicate design perspectives and align stakeholders across the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• Background in UX, experience design, or a related field, supported by a strong enterprise or innovation-studio portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Experience facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients.
• Experience with AI assistants such as Figma Make, Miro AI, Adobe Firefly, or Lovable.
• Fluency in Figma, Sketch, or comparable prototyping tools, plus experience collaborating with developers and product managers.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design.
• A clear perspective on how AI can support human-centered design and co-creation.
