Manager - MSAT (Biopharma Filtration)

Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea; fully remote, with domestic and international travel potentially exceeding 40% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead the Korea field customer support MSAT team and ensure delivery against regional business objectives.
• Coach and mentor technical associates, support recruitment and training, and manage performance and business continuity.
• Provide expert technical guidance on biopharmaceutical filtration technologies, including scale-up and scale-down strategies.
• Build technical relationships with key Korean accounts and provide pre-sales, post-sales, troubleshooting, feasibility, and application support.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, quality, validation, and other regional teams to resolve complex customer and field issues.
• Lead high-complexity projects, maintain customer support centre facilities and equipment, and represent Cytiva at industry events.

Requirements

• PhD or master’s degree in bioscience, engineering, or an equivalent discipline with 10–15 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 12–17 or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience leading, recruiting, and developing teams in a multicultural and global environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work unsociable hours and undertake domestic and international travel; a current passport and full driving licence are required where applicable.
• No international visa or travel restrictions.
