Epitaxy/FEP Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, service, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Work with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment problems, conduct root cause analyses, and resolve customer product issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships, establish trust, and achieve technical goals.
• Apply process and customer knowledge to analyze problems and develop possible solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Communication proficiency in English is required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
