Program Manager – Supply Chain Planning Transformation Program (o9 / Planning Transformation)

What you will do

• Own and maintain the integrated Supply Chain Planning Transformation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, resource plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive governance across Steering Committees, executive management reviews, core team meetings, and decision-making forums.
• Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, status updates, business reviews, and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Manage program-wide RAID, action, decision, escalation, and dependency tracking processes.
• Coordinate execution across Planning Transformation, Process Improvement, Operating Model, Data Governance, and Change Management workstreams.
• Lead alignment across vendors, consultants, external partners, internal IT, and business teams while coordinating change communications and delivery tracking.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience, including large-scale business transformation or enterprise programs.
• Experience managing governance, multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Allocation, and Manufacturing Planning.
• Experience with planning platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or similar solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, and PowerPoint; certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or APICS CSCP are desirable.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in program, project, or supply chain management.
• Experience with contract governance, SOW tracking, vendor delivery oversight, and escalation management.
