Client Support Representative (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Provide client service by processing and authorising account transactions within agreed service levels and financial authority limits.
• Handle complex, non-standard, and manual transactions and calculations accurately.
• Contact account holders by telephone, email, or letter to resolve queries and obtain information.
• Manage client expectations and account for individual vulnerability needs.
• Support service and process improvement initiatives and assist the management team when required.
• Maintain knowledge of products, processes, and regulations while meeting performance and personal development goals.

Requirements

• Prior client or account handling experience.
• Previous experience in financial services.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with data.
• Good keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong telephone manner, organisation, time management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and mathematical reasoning skills.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the hiring location and successful completion of required background checks.
