Customer Fulfilment Specialist (Insurance)

What you will do

• Guide customers through policy purchases by phone, email, and live chat.
• Tailor insurance products to individual customer needs.
• Enter customer data accurately and verify documents.
• Advise customers on post-sale policy modifications.
• Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer care or a similar role.
• Experience in an FCA-regulated environment or solid knowledge of FCA regulations.
• Strong understanding of Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to organise work independently.
