IOP Counselor - LMSW, LADAC II, LPC, LCSW (Opioid Addiction Treatment)

What you will do

• Conduct admissions using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria and review assessments to confirm program eligibility.
• Provide evidence-based counseling, targeted case management, crisis support, and supportive individual sessions.
• Deliver at least three hours per day of Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT curriculum four days per week.
• Prepare assessments, treatment plans, progress documentation, and records that meet regulatory, billing, and authorization standards.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, case managers, billing and revenue-cycle teams, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Support outreach, program visibility, patient engagement, transitions, and continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• On-site work in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA.
• Hold an LPC, LADAC I, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMSW license.
• If not fully licensed, be enrolled in or willing to begin a formal course of study toward licensure at hire.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment planning, social services, and rehabilitation support.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, judgment, discretion, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations and maintain confidential, compliant documentation.
