Pricing Analytics Manager Iberia & Italy (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Execute the EMEA pricing strategy in the local market across Iberia and Italy.
• Implement annual price increases and other pricing initiatives.
• Provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic customer negotiations.
• Monitor pricing performance, discount levels, margin development, and price realization.
• Analyze customer, product, and market profitability to identify pricing optimization opportunities.
• Manage customers and portfolios while driving pricing-related change across the commercial organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations, commercial finance, or analytics.
• Commercial or sales-facing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset focused on balancing growth and profitability.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.

• Italian language skills.
