Pricing Analyst (Manufacturing) (Pricing Analytics/Revenue Growth): Supporting pricing strategies, commercial analytics, and revenue growth initiatives across North America and Latin America with an accent on pricing performance, margin analysis, data integrity, and dashboard development. Focus on analyzing pricing leakage and discounting, supporting annual price increases, improving pricing governance, and translating complex data into recommendations for commercial stakeholders.
Location: Houston, United States; hybrid. Only local candidates from the Houston area who are US Citizens or US Permanent Residents will be considered.

What you will do
- Support pricing strategies, revenue growth initiatives, and commercial decisions across North America and Latin America.
- Analyze pricing, margin, customer, product, and market data to identify revenue and profitability opportunities.
- Support annual price increase programs through data preparation, impact analysis, implementation tracking, and reporting.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for commercial stakeholders.
- Monitor pricing leakage, discounting trends, approval compliance, and pricing policy adherence.
- Maintain pricing data and support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements in Pricefx, SAP, and related platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, business, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, finance, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or pricing decision-making.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial or analytical modeling skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident and based locally in the Houston area.
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience in multinational manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or B2B environments.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Pricefx, Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, or similar analytical tools.
