Sr Manager, Data Analytics (Healthcare)

Salary: $170,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Brightree analytics products.
• Translate customer needs, provider workflows, reimbursement models, and operational requirements into scalable analytics capabilities.
• Lead and grow a team of analysts and analytics engineers while establishing standards for metrics, analytics product design, and insight generation.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and data platform teams to define requirements and deliver analytics capabilities.
• Drive customer adoption and continuous improvement through feedback, market analysis, and competitive research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, healthcare, or technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, healthcare data, or data products.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering customer-facing analytics, reporting, insights, or data-driven SaaS products.
• Healthcare software or healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with benchmarking, operational intelligence, or decision-support products.
• Familiarity with healthcare claims, revenue cycle, HME, pharmacy, or post-acute care markets.
• Experience monetizing analytics or data products.
