Pricing Analyst (SQL/BI)

What you will do

• Develop analytics, visualizations, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Access, Vendavo, Tableau, Power BI, and other in-house tools.
• Analyze price realization, win/loss data, transaction pricing, price bands, discounting, promotion effectiveness, and payment and shipping terms.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative recommendations to Marketing, Sales, Service, Finance, Product Development, and other global stakeholders.
• Support strategic pricing projects, regional price harmonization, macroeconomic analysis, and global price setting.
• Support strategic negotiations and evaluate customer pricing performance, revenue, margin, and discount benchmarks.
• Manage Vendavo application testing and audits while communicating findings to different levels of management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, preferably Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in a global corporate environment; B2B experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management, stakeholder management in a matrix environment, and presentations to mid-level and senior management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business modeling, data mining, and business communication skills.
• Knowledge of pricing theory, pricing processes, price monitoring, and price analysis.
• Proficiency with data management and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Access, Tableau, or Power BI; SAP or similar ERP pricing module experience is desired.
