Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States

Annual salary: $181,000–$207,675, plus equity, a 10% annual bonus, and additional performance-based bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own technical sales, solution scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design for customer opportunities.
• Provide platform expertise, develop technical champions, and position solutions during commercial negotiations.
• Qualify customer objectives and design solutions using hirify.global infrastructure products.
• Support opportunities involving digital asset brokerage, payments, and financial products.
• Deliver qualified and actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Help drive successful integrations and product adoption with major financial institutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Track record of closing strategic enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to understand API integrations.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
