Business Systems Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY, Miami, FL, or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $145,800 – $182,200 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, architecture, and operational health of top-of-funnel GTM systems.
• Manage HubSpot as a core system, ensuring data integrity, proper workflows, and naming conventions.
• Maintain synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce, including field mappings and deduplication logic.
• Build and deploy Salesforce automation using flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Manage the lead-to-meeting lifecycle, including capture, routing, and speed-to-lead optimization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on project scope, sequencing, and ROI-based prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
• Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot architecture and governance.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience with complex flows.
• Proven ability to define and manage funnel metrics, lead sources, and attribution reporting.
• Strong problem-framing skills with a track record of shipping scalable solutions independently.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid media and ad platform integrations.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Looker, or other BI/warehouse tools.
• Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with project management software like Linear.
