Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance (HVACR)

Location: Onsite at 1601 W State Highway 114, Grapevine, Texas, United States

Salary: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, fixtures, and HVACR-related systems.
• Inspect and diagnose facility conditions, document findings, and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced associates through hands-on training and work-quality oversight.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, contractor relationships, and budget guidelines.
• Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles safely, including pre-operation and post-operation inspections.
• Implement process improvements while maintaining safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification plus 3 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related area; or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs involving facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Proficiency in multiple craft skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment operation.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs, and to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong leadership skills for overseeing work, providing training, and serving as a job foreman.
• Valid state-issued driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle report, and compliant commercial driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and office productivity software.
