Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - AI Governance

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Trust Building AR Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Design and deploy process and technology solutions that manage AI-related risk and improve compliance effectiveness at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, Global Technology, product, business, and enabling teams to build responsible AI tools and capabilities.
• Develop and communicate compliance strategies across the AI lifecycle, including technology design and deployment.
• Continuously test and monitor AI use, identify control gaps, and enable corrective actions.
• Build scalable monitoring and testing operations, evaluate compliance metrics, and coordinate policy and training development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in compliance program technology enablement, regulatory requirements, risk management, auditing, gap analysis, and change management.
• Ability to develop, implement, and improve policies, procedures, and internal controls in complex organizations.
• Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with technology solutions, DevOps, and AIOps.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience and 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
