What you will do

• Monitor quality management systems, operational processes, and solutions across the district.
• Create analytical, status, productivity, and operational reports using company systems and tools.
• Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain project ticketing records.
• Support GDP compliance, risk assessments, CAPA documentation, document control, and corrective actions.
• Support the handling and transportation of recalled, returned, quarantined, rejected, falsified, cold-chain, ambient, and hazardous products.
• Prepare for internal self-assessments and external customer or regulatory audits, deliver training, and develop AI Copilot solutions.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of operations experience and/or relevant healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of global logistics and healthcare product distribution, pharmaceutical products, and wholesale distribution requirements.
• GDP Certification and GDP Auditing Certification within 6 months of appointment.
• Experience with process mapping, flowchart creation, auditing, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and project management.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including communication, public speaking, training, and collaboration with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and Visio; fluent English with professional written and oral communication skills.
