Supervisor, Value Added Services (VAS)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; onsite warehouse operations

Salary: CAD $87,000–$95,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee Value Added Services activities, including pallet display programs, quarantine notices, promotional assembly, and customer returns.
• Manage inbound materials and supplies, maintain receipt records, and coordinate ordering through preferred suppliers.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Digital Teams, Finance, and external partners on timelines, costing, and program execution.
• Audit inventory movement, counts, locations, and work progress while providing metrics for logistics reporting.
• Plan labour requirements, track labour spending, and ensure time is recorded against project accounting codes.
• Develop efficient work methods, control labour costs, and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience; co-pack assembly experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience managing staff and temporary labour pools.
• Experience with labour costing and time studies.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work toward established deadlines.
