Operations Supervisor – Night Shift (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: On-site in Louisville, Kentucky, United States, at either hirify.global KY1 or hirify.global KY2. Overnight work, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, may be required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates during the night shift.
• Run team huddles, set priorities, and maintain clear expectations throughout the shift.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety KPIs in real time.
• Adjust labor allocation and workflows as order volume and priorities change.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with other departments, and manage shift handoffs.
• Train and onboard associates while improving inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, safety, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
• Strong coaching, people-leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data and KPIs to manage performance.
• Ability to work an overnight or night-shift schedule.
• Ability to work on-site in Louisville, Kentucky, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement experience.
