• Manage and lead the customer service and support P&L.
• Lead SOP exercises, business performance management, new business development, and offers.
• Consolidate the PSO view to secure daily operations.
• Monitor fleet availability and support contract execution.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and operational performance.

• Professional experience level required.
• English and Spanish at negotiation level.
• Experience relevant to customer account and service management.
