Supervisor, Energy Efficiency (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Berlin, CT; Westwood, MA; or Manchester, NH. Hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; employees may be required to work up to five days in the office when needed. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire and field visits to customer sites are required.

Salary: $130,530–$145,030 annually, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, assess, and support the professional development and recruitment of Energy Efficiency Consultants.
• Manage energy efficiency and channel program portfolios, including budgets, invoicing, expenses, energy savings, reporting, and contracted-service RFPs.
• Develop relationships with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, channel partners, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate strategic activities across customer, sales, implementation, evaluation, and advisory teams to deliver customer-centric programs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within approved scope.
• Support regulatory filings, develop testimony, testify before regulatory and legislative bodies, and represent the organization at industry conferences and stakeholder events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, or energy efficiency.
• Ability to interpret energy efficiency and renewable technologies and understand their applications.
• Fundamental understanding of financial principles and proficiency with desktop applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Leadership, mentoring, networking, decision-making, communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to work in the designated U.S. locations, travel between MA, CT, and NH, and participate in emergency restoration assignments.

Nice to have
