Supervisor, Energy Efficiency (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut; Westwood, Massachusetts; or Manchester, New Hampshire. Hybrid schedule requires at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and may require up to five office days when needed. Travel between MA, CT, and NH and field visits to customer sites are required.

Annual salary: $130,530–$145,030, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Supervise and develop Energy Efficiency Consultants, including performance management, recruitment, mentoring, and reporting.
• Manage energy efficiency channel programs, partner relationships, budgets, invoicing, expenses, and energy savings.
• Coordinate strategic activities among customers, program administrators, consultants, vendors, sales, implementation, and evaluation teams.
• Develop and implement value-added energy efficiency products and services for different customer classes.
• Lead process improvements and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and within approved scope.
• Support regulatory compliance, prepare testimony, testify before regulatory and legislative bodies, and represent Eversource at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, or energy efficiency.
• Ability to interpret energy efficiency and renewable technologies and understand their applications.
• Fundamental understanding of financial principles and proficiency with desktop applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Leadership, mentoring, networking, decision-making, communication, and public-speaking skills.
• Applicants must not require immigration-related visa sponsorship to start employment.

• Experience developing and managing channel partnerships and programs.
• Relevant energy efficiency certifications.
